A full time Chief Engineer position is available with a 40-hours per week schedule, including weekends, and on call 24-7. The position will be part of the International Union of Operating Engineers: Local 30.
- Refrigeration Engineering License Cat-Q01
- NYC Fire Department Certificate of Fitness
- CFC Universal Certification
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of BMS controls
- Comfortable with energy efficient equipment
- Knowledge of LEED buildings and CO-GEN systems a plus
- Over 10 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to interpret schematics and blue prints.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, and electrical a plus.
